Malte Marten is a handpan musician, teacher and visionary. While his music lifts the spirit of it's audience, his authentic performance and expressive playing approach creates a atmosphere of inner peace.
Malte is one of Europe's best known handpan musicians - known for his positive energy and virtuose playing. During the last years he has organically grown his worldwide fanbase, gaining millions of streams each month.
Most of his listeners describe his music as a healing experience, transporting the transformative power of the handpan.
Through his music Malte invites his audience to let go of the everyday life and truly pause - for peace within ourselves and in the world.

Yatao Biography
Yatao - consisting of Malte and Alex, is a world music project hailing from Berlin.
Since Malte & Alex have met for the first time by serendipity in 2014 they work together with great passion and dedication to their music,
with which they tour all over Europe.
Bringing along handpans, a didgeridoo and more percussion instruments they go on an inner journey through their friendship and the landscapes of their emotions.
Their fluently improvised music sets reflect the colorful sound of the present moment.
Their concerts are much more than just a performance of their music.
They are a place of coming together, forgetting and remembering, letting go and understanding.
A place where everyone is invited to do nothing more than just be and feel into the inside of the soul.
Irrespective of the financial possibilities of the audience
Yatao concerts are always donation-based.
When worlds of emotions are flying in freedom,
disharmonies are merging into harmonies,
melodies are floating around each other to become one -
