Blues guitar legend Suzie Vinnick is bringing her signature style to Denman Island. Shifting seamlessly from blues to gospel, jazz to folk, Suzie’s gorgeous voice is a perfect match for her impressive guitar and bass chops. A 12X Maple Blues Award winner, including the 2023 Acoustic Act of the Year. Vinnick has a voice you’ve heard a thousand times and one you’ll never forget. Susie Vinnick was FANTASTIC!! We've seen Susie several times and always enjoyed her. However, this was the best show we've seen because she was solo! I think I just don't get enough of Susie when she is sharing the stage with others. :) The Oak Bay Recreation was a workable venue, made better by the fact that the intro to the Show included admonitions to the audience to keep quiet during the music. We greatly appreciated this as we have come to hear Susie, not the people sitting around us. Thanks for a great evening! :)
