John Waller

It’s been nearly twenty years since singer-songwriter John Waller fronted a contemporary Christian music band. Though much has changed for Waller in the past two decades, including a successful career as a solo artist and becoming a father of ten, his faith remains. This faith is the guiding light that inspires Waller to write catchy hooks and powerful messages.

His newest chapter combines his love of Jesus, music, and being a father. This time, Waller is done trying to impress God. Instead of getting caught up in the idea that if he’s “Walking with God and abstaining from sinful things, then [he] won’t fail at what [he] attempts,” explains Waller. He is giving it up to God and opening the door for his children to help infuse a fresh perspective full of pop melodies, production and vocals from his children, and even a falsetto. It is a project that emanates from their unique bond as family.
