Robert Earl Keen and his mighty fine band, plus a handful of very special guests are set to bring Western Chill, Keen's latest album beloved for its soulfully laid-back vibe, into live and living color one night only on June 14th at Grand Prairie's Texas Trust CU Theatre. Be in the room as Keen and the band guide the audience through the big hits, of course, but also a selection of songs from the new record of which The Wall Street Journal praised as, “In total, the sounds and sights Mr. Keen and band have concocted and assembled work as road maps toward getting happily de-stressed and deliberately lost—for the audience, too.” June 14th will be the perfect mood-setting start to summer. William Beckmann and Red Shahan guests will each do a set of their own chill-inducing tunes to kick off the evening, followed by sit-ins and collaborations with Keen and company.
