About this concert
Big Sugar returns to Newfoundland Sunday, June 23rd for the Iceberg Alley Festival, performing in direct support to Bush, with Mick Davis and Thin Love starting the evening!
The Iceberg Alley Performance Tent is an multi-day Festival created to showcase the unique culture, traditions and heritage of Newfoundland and Labrador alongside nationally and internationally acclaimed entertainment. Music performances of all genres are being held under a 38,000 square foot “big top” tent in the culturally historic area within the City of St. John’s known as Pleasantville, on the banks of Quidi Vidi Lake. All tickets for the Iceberg Alley Performance Tent are sold as either General Admission or VIP. GA tickets refers to seating or standing areas that are not assigned or reserved, and are occupied on a first-come, first-served basis, including the over 921 bleacher seats located inside the tent.

Songs like 'Diggin A Hole', 'If I Had My Way', 'Turn The Lights On' and 'Roads Ahead' with their roots/rock/reggae style featuring Gordie Johnson’s signature guitar playing have built a loyal following, earning Big Sugar a Road Gold Award as they continue to sell out concerts across North America.
