Retour de The Bridge au Moulin à Jazz, réseau transatlantique qui met en relation musicien.ne.s de France et des États-Unis, au gré de formations mixtes et défricheuses de nouveaux talents. Partenaire fidèle depuis son lancement en 2013, Charlie Jazz est l’une des étapes hivernales de ces rencontres excitantes et toujours pleines de surprises ! Nous avons déjà vu cette construction de formation cent fois, deux saxophones de chaque côté, la charpente d’une contrebasse et de la batterie. Mais ici, tout s’inverse, où et quand les jeunes musiciens de ce quartet décident de faire les choses autrement. Une fraternité naissante lors d’un voyage épique au service de la musique, comme s’ils étaient les outils qui permettent de l’écouter. Nous n’avons encore rien vu de tel, l’histoire continue de s’écrire…

The Bridge Biography
There are more bands with the name The Bridge.
1) The Bridge was a Slovak alternative rock band. Now they live in London and perform under the name The Bridgeheads.
2) The Bridge is a currently touring American jam band from Baltimore, MD. A unique rock band that combines various elements of blues, folk, funk and bluegrass throughout their entire repertoire.
Featuring guitar, mandolin, saxophone, bass, drums and vocal percussion, THE BRIDGE offers up a sophisticated yet approachable musical experience, one that is sure to move your feet, as well as your soul.
3) The Bridge was a 90’s jangly guitar pop band from Japan with Hideki Kaji. Put out releases on Cornelius’ Trattoria Records.
