Francesco Claudio Marai (born February 17, 1988), better known by his stage name Hunterwolf, is an Italian composer, musician, singer, DJ and producer from Parma. He started his piano studies at age 4, age when he began to compose his first songs. He was inspired initially by symphonic music, soon expanding his horizons with the interest in rock music and especially electronic music. At the age of 14 he composes and produces his first songs with strong influences from techno, punk and heavy metal, inaugurating the eclecticism typical of his style. In 2006 he debuted as industrial music and hardcore techno DJ, genres that will lead him to perform at the biggest electronic music events in Italy and Europe. Among them: Masters of Hardcore, Nocturnal Festival, E-Mission, United Hardcore Forces, We Love Hard, Dorian Gray, History of Hardcore, Evolution Planet, Il Fuoriorario, Shock!, Explosion, In*To*Nation, Gabberitalia, Offlimits, Hard 4 Life. In 2009 he founded his own record label Paranoiax, through which he released his first album, Industrialization, intended to climb the international charts of frenchcore music and beginning a long series of productions related to this style but with a new and fresh melodic approach, , unprecedented for that kind of music. His other hit songs will appear on labels as Noistorm and Antistatic and will be played around the world at the biggest club of extreme electronic music. Among these in particular the EP “Digital Chaos”, including the song “Digitally Created” and “The Voice of Chaos”. In 2012 he collaborates with the youtuber Alcedo Video, creating the project Alcedo Vibes, which will give the light to the video “Monti Style”, a political satire music video that will collect a huge viral success, getting more than two million views. The video will be broadcasted by major television and radio networks including Radio Deejay, La 7 (G Day), Rai 3 (Ballarò), Sky (Speciale Calcio Mercato), Italia 1 (Studio Aperto) and treated by almost all national newspapers . A few years after graduation in Communication Studies with a thesis in musicology, he began studying singing at the conservatory of Parma. From that moment he begins to perform as a soloist and chorister in various events, with occasional roles as an actor in musicals and operas, collaborating with prominent realities among which the Teatro Regio in Parma, the Auditorium Paganini in Parma, the Corale Giuseppe Verdi, the Choir of Verona and maestro Ennio Morricone.
