Alaskan folksinger and multi-instrumentalist Britt Arnesen makes a home in Missoula, Montana, where she has become an integral part of the bluegrass scene, performing in several regionally prominent bands like The Acousticals and Pinegrass. Britt knows how to draw the woody magic out of a beautiful old instrument, skillfully backing up herself and others on guitar, upright bass, and a special rare mandola built by famed maker Michael Heiden. While audiences love Britt's solo show and dance heartily to her bands, her songwriting is also featured prominently in Britchy, a long-time collaboration with fellow Missoula songwriter and bluegrass heavyweight Richie Reinholdt.
