Andromeda Anarchia is a New York based singer, composer, songwriter, lyricist and producer from Switzerland. Her current main project is called "Andromeda Anarchia's DARKMATTERS". She creates and performs in the USA and in Europe - in various music stylistic contexts: from avant-garde extreme metal to metal jazz to progressive rock and cabaret.

She has been working with artists and bands such as IMPERIAL TRIUMPHANT, Zachary Ezrin, KILTER, Laurent David's NAKED feat. David Linx/Thomas de Pourquery/Ngyuen Le, Idan Morim, Panos Megarchiotis, Motionfix, Onkel (Polytoxicomane Philharmonie), Olvido Lanza, Shahzad Ismaily, Julien Kilchenmann, Malcolm Braff, Thierry Arpino, Olaf Ryter...

As a singer, she has a classical background (soprano). She then specialized in contemporary singing styles such as jazz, pop, rock, heavy metal and soul - but always experimenting with all of these styles in a genre-mixing manner, contextualized in progressive and avant-garde music. Andromeda Anarchia then also added another dimension to her vocal expressions and studied extreme vocals (metal screams, growls).

In her musical work Andromeda Anarchia does not limit herself to singing in the traditional sense, but uses her voice as a versatile instrument and combines different vocal styles in all possible and (almost) impossible ways.

For her project DARKMATTERS, she collaborates with French label Alter-Nativ and with Music Box Publishing, and got nominated for the Independent Music Awards 2019 (NYC).
