Bad Sandy Biography
Hailing from New England by way of Austin, TX, Bad Sandy's style is a distinct blend of fuzzy garage rock and jangly indie pop. Lead singer and former comedian, Megan Simon, writes with a celebration for all things earnest without losing her self-deprecating sense of humor. With comparisons to bands like Best Coast, Jeff Rosenstock, and The Cranberries, their high-energy performances put the audience right in the middle of a 90's rom-com high school dance.
