Der Rückblick 2018:
Den ganzen Sommer und Winter über tourten wir durch fast alle europäischen Länder, sowie VAE, Peru, Lebanon, Chile, Panama, Südafrika, Argentinien, Mexiko, El-Salvador, Australien usw. und haben uns von Show zu Show gesteigert - so dass wir jetzt, nach knapp 1.200.000 Besuchern - euch 2019 eine wahrhaft UNVERGESSLICHE, EINDRUCKSVOLLE SHOW mit neuer Story, riesiger Stage, bombastischer Tageseffekt-Show bieten werden. Seid gespannt und freut euch auf ein einmaliges Erlebnis!

Muss ich mich am Einlass ausweisen oder gibt es eine Altersbeschränkung für das Event?
Das Festival is ab 16 Jahren. Auch in Begleitung eines Erwachsenen haben unter 16-Jährige keinen Zutritt. Bitte einen Ausweiß mitbringen, da am Einlass kontrolliert wird.
Was kann ich zum Event mitbringen und was nicht?
Eigene Speisen und Getränke dürfen leider nicht mit auf das Konzertgelände genommen werden. Erlaubt sind Handykameras, einfache Digitalkameras und GoPros. Spiegelreflexkameras und DSLRs sind nur mit Genehmigung zugelassen. Diese kann bei foto@holifestival.com angefordert werden. Da uns die Umwelt und eure Gesundheit am Herzen liegt, lassen wir nur getestetes und geprüftes Pulver zu, das ihr auf dem Gelände kaufen könnt. Um das gewährleisten zu können, ist das Mitbringen von Pulver nicht erlaubt.

Ja, das Ticket muss in ausgedruckter Form mitgebracht werden.
Wie sehen die Rückerstattungsbedingungen aus?
Ein Rückerstattung ist leider nicht möglich, allerdings können Tickets im privaten Rahmen weitergegeben werden.
Der Name auf der Registrierung/dem Ticket stimmt nicht mit dem Namen des Teilnehmers überein. Ist das ein Problem?
Nein, das ist kein Problem. Man kommt auch mit einem Ticket rein, auf dem ein anderer Name steht.
Was ist das 5 Freunde Ticket?
Bezahl 4 erhalte 5! Um zu gewährleisten, dass jeder Teilnehmer mit einem eigenen Ticket ausgestattet wird, kann bei der Auswahl der Menge nur 5 Stück gewählt werden, der Preis ist auf 4 Tickets berechnet.
