About this concert
MOBY DICK, es un trío de Jazz Fusión que comienza en diciembre de 2011, actualmente integrado por Dario Benevenia en guitarra, Nicolás Bocconi en bajo y Ariel Vailatti en batería. Sus propias composiciones y sus arreglos sobre standards de Jazz son parte de su repertorio siendo sus máximos exponentes: John Scofield, Pat Metheny, John Mclaughlin, Miles Davis, Wayne Shorter, Chick Corea, Jaco Pastorius, Marcus Miller, George Benson, entre otros. La improvisación tiene un rol muy importante, y permite que los músicos interactúen generando diversos climas desde lo enérgico hacia lo más íntimo. Su primer disco titulado "Segunda Vuelta" fue presentado en Septiembre de 2016.

There is more than one artist with this name:
1) Moby Dick are semi-legendary Thrash Metal band from Sopron, Hungary. The band was founded in 1980 by vocalist Tamás Schmiedl and guitarist Norbert Mentes. Despite the numerous line-up changes, Moby Dick had managed to build up a significant fanbase throughout the 80s. They issued two demos in this period but it wasn't until 1990 that the band were able to release their debut album, Ugass kutya!
