Peter Mayer and Brendan Mayer were just what many Parrot Heads needed. I have been a fan of Peter’s solo career and his career as a member of the Coral Reefer Band for over 30 years. Peter and Brandan were weaving stories and songs together masterfully. I hope they continue to schedule dates in the North Texas area regularly. I could have listened to these two for several more hours.

As always, an amazing night with amazing music by Peter and his fellow artists. Each is a talented musician, each an fantastic artist themselves with strong technical skills. They are a joy to watch and listen to, each year. This is my 14th year seeing Peter for his Stars and Promises tour, part of our Christmas traditions. Usually we see the band in New Jersey (Somerville location, although we miss seeing him at the beautiful historic United Reformed Church that is much prettier with amazing acoustics). This year hear in Reading was not a disappointment at all, but the attempts at lighting and the poor acoustic could be better in this sterile ballroom setting. Convenience wise, the hotel was a great place to see a show, took advantage of the hotel's rooms at the Double Tree and the restaurant with friends after the show was a nice end to a wonderful evening with Peter and his talented band.

Always a great show. Awesome seeing and listening to Scott Kirby. Roger Guth and Jim Mayer were absent but the show was memorable. Met a lot of long time Peter Mayer fans and many new followers.
