Talk about one of the most musically intimate experiences of my life! I sat on the floor with Matt McDonald just mere feet away from me as he sang a wonderful collection of The Classic Crime numbers. It was the first stop on his tour and he mentioned that some fine tuning would be needing to come through, but I thought the show was great. It was just me and like 20-ish people in a living room softly singing along to him. He played like 16 songs. So fucking cool. In the middle of his show, his guitarist FaceTimes in to ask Matt to be in his wedding!! If you are a fan of the classic crime, you CAN NOT miss this opportunity. There is nothing like this. Thank you Matt for an unforgettable experience. Made me fall in love with your music all over again.
