– Richard Kingsmill, triple j (AUS)
‘These guys have earned that one-to-watch tag....
– Life Without Andy (AUS)
Self-proclaimed ‘offensively average’ pop punks, SoSo, burst onto the scene in March 2020 and haven’t looked back since, releasing a string of standout singles throughout 2020 which were widely embraced across triple j, triple j Unearthed, Spotify, & Apple Music.
Their debut EP I Wouldn't Call This Success...but It's Close Enough was released to widespread acclaim in July 2021, with the band embarking on their debut headlining tour, selling out every show. SoSo also teamed up with Australian comedian Frenchy, who features in their cinematic spoof Yeah Nah music video.
Aside from boasting a sell-out debut headlining tour, since playing their first live show in November 2020, SoSo have amassed a strong resume of support slots, playing alongside acts such as Yours Truly, RedHook, Banks Arcade, These New South Whales, Waxflower & The Comfort .
