Hailing from Hudson Valley, NY, Soul Blind pushes the boundaries of alternative rock with a rich collage of sounds and an injection of hardcore attitude. Formed in 2018, the band has a nuanced approach to songwriting - you’ll hear inspiration from the likes of The Smashing Pumpkins, Alice in Chains, and Deftones alongside nods to Oasis and Third Eye Blind. On their upcoming EP, Third Chain, Soul Blind provide a modern sensibility to those fuzzed-out sounds of ‘90s alt-rock and grunge, while tackling the emotions that come with self-reflection and outward relationships. Recorded with Jon Markson and Adam Cichocki, Third Chain will be the band’s first release with Other People Records.
