After crowdfunding a $50,000 budget using social media, CAIYO produced their debut album with veteran producer Steve Bush (Stereophonics, Corrine Bailey Rae). A year in the making, it's an intense, melodic and captivating piece of work that keeps you humming all day long, consisting of huge sounding drums, intricate arrangements and a mish-mash of rock, americana and folk, with a pop piano out the core. The self titled album “CAIYO” consists of 11 superbly constructed tracks, from catchy crowd pleasers like “Burn” through to the intense rock single "Higher Ground". CAIYO says: “We wanted to create a sound of our own: intense, intimate, provoking, meaningful.
