Loopooloo

Os loopooloo são uma banda das Caldas da Rainha, formada em 1998, que se aventurou pelo indie rock eletrónico, juntando sintetizadores às guitarras, sem nunca perder de vista as influências do movimento de rock alternativo que caracterizou a sua cidade. Após diversas participações em festivais, coletâneas e tributos (I'm Not a Pop Star; Super Caldas da Rainha; Frágil 21; Movimentos Perpétuos: Música para Carlos Paredes), os loopooloo editaram em 2013 o seu EP homónimo (https://loopooloo.bandcamp.com), do qual Lovely Mongol é single de apresentação. Loopooloo is an indie/alternative rock band from Caldas da Rainha, Portugal, founded in 1998. Adding synths to the guitars, the band acquired an electronic mood but without losing sight of the alternative rock influences that caracterized their town in the 90's. After several appearances in festivals, compilations and tributes (I'm Not a Pop Star, Super Caldas da Rainha; Fragile 21; Perpetual Motion: Music for Carlos Paredes), in 2013 they edited their self-titled EP , from which "Lovely Mongol" is the first single.
