Trijntje Oosterhuis is one of the Netherlands’ most celebrated vocalists, effortlessly blending jazz, soul and pop throughout a career spanning more than three decades. She first rose to fame as the lead singer of Total Touch, whose self-titled debut became the bestselling debut album by a Dutch band.

Over the years, Trijntje has collaborated with internationally acclaimed artists including Herbie Hancock, Toots Thielemans, Lionel Richie, Candy Dulfer and Al Jarreau. Her solo career established her as one of Europe’s leading vocalists, leading to a signing with Blue Note Records for her acclaimed jazz album Strange Fruit, exploring the music of George Gershwin and Billie Holiday.
A defining chapter in her career was her collaboration with legendary songwriter Burt Bacharach. Together with Vince Mendoza, Patrick Williams and Al Schmitt, she recorded The Look of Love, a multiplatinum success, followed by Who’ll Speak for Love, featuring a title track written by Bacharach and Tim Rice.

Alongside extensive touring and multiple successful releases, Trijntje became widely known to television audiences as a coach on The Voice of Holland. She continued to evolve artistically with projects ranging from her first Dutch-language solo album, produced by Jett Rebel, to orchestral collaborations with the Jazz Orchestra of the Concertgebouw and the Metropole Orkest.

In 2025, Trijntje honored her lifelong musical hero Stevie Wonder with a live album and nationwide theater tour celebrating his 75th birthday, joined by guitarist Leonardo Amuedo.
In 2026, she announced her 30th anniversary concert at Koninklijk Theater Carré in her hometown of Amsterdam — a milestone celebration of three decades of music, stories and unforgettable memories shared with audiences across generations.
