Jovanie

Some artist are born with it, others are conditioned to have it, but this young man oozes it. Jovanie, the eleven-year-old singer/songwriter is still years away from having a driver’s license but has the charisma, vocals, and style to become 2013's most promising new artist. Born in East Flatbush one of the city's toughest neighborhoods, Jovanie's parents made sure to keep him close and allow him to express his love of music. From the tender age of three, Jovanie was reciting every song he heard on the radio and performing for friends and family. But it wasn't until the age of nine that Jovanie expressed that he wanted to sing and dance like the artist he idolized. He told his father he wanted to sing for the rest of his life. His father took notice of his son’s natural ability to lure in a crowd and decided that as long as he could pursue a career in music while focusing on his school work, they would give it a try. Jovanie’s music is youthful and innocent with playful rhythms. His tone is smooth and calming and his songs can be played at any occasion. Jovanie is an avid sports lover and admires the greats like Steve Nash and Kobe Bryant. He has a keen fashion sense and is often pictured in his unique sense of style. Not bad for a kid who can’t even drive himself to the mall yet. Like most other kids his age, Jovanie enjoys playing video games, hanging outside doing back flips, and enjoying the occasional game of UNO. “Dancing, singing, and having fun. Those are the things that I love to do the most!” WATCH the OFFICIAL lyric video for my NEW single #Whip at http://smarturl.it/WhipLyricVid PURCHASE #Whip on iTunes TODAY at http://smarturl.it/JovanieWhip Join the League | #JVDivison
