Sobre Short Trip
Short Trip is Jordan Stephen (guitar/vocals), Spencer Gilbert (bass) and Justin Hiebert (drums)
We were formed in the summer of 2012, just before our Sophomore year of high school, with the band name Pilgrim. Our unique contemporary music program allowed us to practice and perform for people more than what was usual for a new high school band.
From there, we found a place in the local music scene in Sacramento, eventually opening up for acts such as The English Beat, The Queers, and Doyle of the Misfits.
After appearing in the 2016 movie “Mamaboy,” we decided to change our name, so as to not be confused with other acts named “Pilgrim”
In the summer of 2016, we changed our name to Short Trip, and recorded our debut EP, “Entry Level”.
