Visions of Atlantis

What an absolutely unforgettable night seeing Visions of Atlantis at The Masquerade. This was my first time seeing Visions of Atlantis live, and I went into the night excited—but I honestly wasn’t prepared for just how special the entire experience would be. The meet-and-greet was so much more than I expected. Getting to hear the band perform an intimate acoustic set before the show was incredible. There’s something completely different about hearing those songs stripped down, standing just a few feet away from the people who created them. The vocals and harmonies were beautiful, powerful, and incredibly personal in that setting. But what I’ll probably remember most were the conversations with the band members. There was no feeling of being rushed through a line just to get a picture and move on. We actually had the opportunity to talk, laugh, ask questions, and just have genuine conversations. They came across as incredibly humble, warm, and appreciative of their fans. For a first experience meeting the band, I couldn’t have asked for anything better. Then they took the stage. Seeing Visions of Atlantis live for the first time completely exceeded my expectations. Clémentine Delauney and Michele Guaitoli were phenomenal—the power of their voices, their chemistry together, and the emotion they put into the performance were even more impressive in person. The entire band brought an incredible amount of energy, and being able to experience it in a venue like The Masquerade, where you can be so close to the stage, made it feel even more intense and personal. I’ve been going to metal shows for a long time, and every once in a while you experience one that stays with you long after the final song. This was one of those nights. I walked into The Masquerade excited to finally see Visions of Atlantis. I walked out with a completely different appreciation for the band—not only for how talented they are as musicians, but for how genuine they are with the people who support their music. The acoustic set, the conversations, the full show, and the connection between the band and the fans made this much more than just another concert. First time seeing Visions of Atlantis. Absolutely will not be the last.

⚔︎Outstanding! They sound better live than on the albums, and kept the crowd engaged the whole time. Only complaint is that it ended.⚔︎

From the incredibly early start (1830 so that all THREE bands' sets could be played through) to the final encore the concert was genuinely superb. VoA were on really top form throughout being back at a venue which had been both Clementine's and Michele's first venue in London (albeit some years apart) The fact that it was Clementine's birthday brought an additional level of magic to everything with the audience singing 'Happy Birthday' TWICE (the first time entirely spontaneously) and Michele changing the refrain on one song for the audience to sing 'Happy Birthday Clemmy" It was an absolutely fabulous concert and a real privilege to be present at. Come back to London soon VoA - next week wouldn't be too soon!

So thankful that Visions of Atlantis voyaged across the Atlantic to perform for the small but loyal melodic metal fanbase here in Canada. Really fun show but super sketchy venue!

I saw them around this time last year when they opened for Korpiklaani and I have to admit they were disappointing back then. This time around though they were like a completely different band, they were absolutely amazing! The sound mix which is super important for these symphonic metal bands (and they did pretty poorly last time) was absolutely perfect, they added a couple absolute bangers to the setlist (Dead of the Sea especially was a really cool immersive experience that I wasn't expecting) and Michele's singing was miles better than last time. I was on the fence about going because of how it went last year but I'm really glad I went this year.

Show was amazing! If you like power metal and pirates, and let's face who doesn't? This is the band to see. The two singers of the band have such good chemistry. Even if power metal isn't your thing, the theatrics make up for that. Just a great live band.

VoA is the best. Great energy. Great musicians. Having two lead singers adds a uniqueness that brings depth to the band.

Nice little location with an optional balkony. Everythings to pay digital here - Drinks, cloakroom. Directly connected parking garage which is not expensive. VoA really great band. Great atmosphere an really talented singers. I expected a nice evening but got a great pirate party 🤘🏻🏴‍☠️

I feel like they might have been used to a bigger venue but honestly, I loved the intimate setting. Felt like I was actually hanging out with a bunch of pirates, super fun!

Exceptionnel, j'ai vraiment adoré. Je recommande fortement de prendre le pass vip qui permet d'avoir une session en acoustique (ce qui est super appréciable) en plus de tout les autres avantages. Ils sont top,ils mettent une ambiance de ouf.

Awesome show. It was excellent they performed well. They were on their game and fed off the crowd who were enthusiastic. I’ll definitely going to their next show in Toronto probably headlining

This is my favorite and I mean favorite metal band. Watching them in person was incredible, and they really made it interactive and exciting to be in that room. I will remember this concert for years to come

If I'm correct this was their USA debut and I gotta say they nailed it. Was a super fun show with pirate vibe. Would love to see them do a full USA tour and if they came to a show near me I'd go for sure.

5 stars for Visions of Atlantis & The Spider Accomplice Visions of Atlantis put on a wonderful show. The Spider Accomplice, the touring support band, while different from VoA blended very well and complemented the headliner. 0 stars for the promoter / venue The local promoter apparently had never listened to any of VoA's catalog and brought in an additional 3 bands that did not blend with VoA's style. VoA is a symphonic metal band with only clean vocals, and the additional bands were only rough vocals. The supporting bands tried to put on good acts. The problem was the mixes left the vocals well below the instruments and the overall volume far too loud to tell if I would ever be interested in listening to these bands again. This is my second time at this venue, and the first show was similar to this: too many bands that didn't blend with the headline act. More bands on the bill is not better.

Amazing show! The band brought the energy, and I enjoyed every minute of it. There was a person yelling obnoxiously in the crowd that I really wish the venue had kicked out, but it wasn't enough to ruin the night. Great music, great energy, and awesome vibes.

it was an honor to see them on their first headlining tour. The bands on the lineup were also amazing too, especially the spider accomplice!! visions of atlantis is one of my favorite bands and seeing them probably made my life better in some way lol also enjoy this picture of michele and clementine i took <3

A great show, Visions of Atlantis really knew how to work the crowd, and the support band, Ye Banished Privateers, (on their first UK tour) were brilliant!
