Heather Moran is a versatile vocalist blessed to work alongside some of Chicago’s top rock and jazz musicians. Perfect for weddings, cocktail hours, and private or corporate events, she’s equally at home on intimate stages and in large venues.

Heather studied opera at Carnegie Mellon University and the University of Colorado before returning to Chicago to earn her BA in Theater from Columbia College. A former Chicago actor and Second City alum, she spent years singing jazz throughout the city. For the past 15 years, she has been a full-time musician performing with multiple bands across Lake County.

Now co-owner of Moran Event Group, she provides premier live music and DJ entertainment for events of all kinds. She is also the lead singer of the Americana band Bluewater Creek.
