Canadian recording artist "JFR", formerly know as "The JFR Project" has toured across Canada in clubs and theatres from Vancouver Island to Halifax sharing their 90's influenced alternative rock sound with thousands of fans and garnering college and university airplay in multiple markets. "Project X", blends an infusion of electronic sounds with powerful guitar riffs to create energetic, epic, resonant rock. It is a departure in sound from their 2009 debut album "No Second Chance" which utilized such instrumentation as cello and keyboard for a decidedly more laid-back and introspective vibe.
Originating from New Brunswick, Canada "JFR" was founded by Jean-François Roy who is currently working on his 3rd album, however no release date has yet been announced.
