NY Blues Hall of Famer and Fodera Guitar artist Dave Fields sixth and latest album Force of Will is a ferocious mix of blues rock and beyond that stretches the boundaries which was just nominated for three 2021 Independent Blues Rock Awards for Best band, Best CD and Best single from MakingAScene.org and debuted at #6 on the RMR Top 50 Blues Rock charts. Dave Fields has performed and continues to perform all over the US and the world. He enjoys a big Spotify audience as well as a huge social media presence. His awards include: Best Self Produced album 2006 at the IBC for producing BACK IN BLUESVILLE, 2009-2010 Mojo Boogie Award, Big City Blues Magazine Happy to Have the Blues Lifetime Achievement Award. Legendary British bluesman John Mayall recorded Dave’s song “Train to My Heart” on his album “TOUGH”. Dave’s album’s TIME’S A WASTIN’, ALL WOUND UP, DETONATION, ALL IN #1 RMR Top 50 blues charts and UNLEASHED have all garnered international success.

Dave is a lifelong New Yorker who currently resides in the lower east side of Manhattan. His musical roots stretch deep being the son of noted NYC composer, arranger & producer Sammy ‘Forever’ Fields. His credits include performances with Aretha Franklin, Hubert Sumlin, Lucky Peterson and Joe Louis Walker. His music has also been featured on many US television shows and TV commercials such as HBO, IBM, Publishers Clearing House and Sears. Not just a guitarist, Dave is often seen doubling on keyboards on his shows. His performances are always unique, scintillating and a loving fun union between the performer and the audience.
