Chris is a singer, performer, multi-instrumentalist, arranger, producer and refined stage animal.

His concerts are a journey through songs and improvisations.
His live setup, refined over the years, allows him to perform solo without backing tracks, delivering a full, powerful, and dreamlike sound.

His new album “A Safe Place” was recorded live in his studio in March 2026 and is scheduled for release in spring. The process has been documented and shared on social media and on YouTube, and will lead to the release of a video recording for each track, enriched with trip visuals.

He has a truly kaleidoscopic attitude to music, that eventually led him to write and perform for his former projects (Hot Dust, Mood Filter, Dirty Soul, Capsicum Tree) and for other artists, performers, commercials, fashion films and movies.

He toured with italian popstars Malika Ayane, Cesare Cremonini and Eros Ramazzotti (2015/16 ”Perfetto" World Tour).

In 2022 he released the album “Gods in the womb" under the name Hot Dust. The album, also available on vinyl, is the outcome of his electronic experimentation in song format.

In 2023, “Boubacar – Chris Costa Savanalandia Rework” was released as part of “Ghibli: The Remixes” by Savana Funk, and was broadcast on Extra/Radio Capital.

in june 2025 he released “The Chosen” song and video. A politically charged electronic single blending breakbeat-inspired rhythms with a message rooted in current global events.

In september 2025 he released “Special”, featuring Aldo Betto (Savana Funk) and Max Castlunger (Upcycling music), aired by Alex Paletta/Extra on Radio Capital.

2026 He handled the mixing and mastering of the track “Per raccontarlo a te” by Francesco Sarcina, featured in the renowned series “I casi dell’avvocato Guerrieri” starring Alessandro Gassmann and Michele Venitucci.

2026 He mastered the track “Noi due nel mondo e nell’anima” by Le Vibrazioni, a cover of the famous song by Pooh, released on the occasion of their 60th anniversary.

Over time, he has refined his expertise in production, recording, mixing, and mastering, working primarily from his hybrid studio in Milan.
