NYC-based DJ Rissa Garcia is the resident DJ at Dancing Room Only NYC and founder of NightChild Records. Having been inspired by Danny Tenaglia during his residency at Club Vinyl from 1999 through 2004, Rissa Garcia has been avidly collecting records and rinsing them at various high-profile club gigs for over a decade. She’s shared the decks with legends including Danny Tenaglia, Danny Krivit, Todd Terry, Tony Humphries, Kenny Dope and Ultra Nate, among others, and her own productions channel the vast amount of dance music knowledge she’s accumulated over the years.
