God bless him, he did his very best but needs more time to recover. He forgot songs and almost fell down twice. He was literally being held up by the double bass player.

I enjoyed the show, but miss his former smooth sound - the band is a lot more forward these days and the volume is really sharp and heavy. I loved his new band member Grace Lee and definitely look forward to seeing her again!

Steve Tyrell is always a joy to see. His band is tight and the Catalina Jazz Club is a fabulous place to see a show. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return.
