Michael Yanis

Michael Yanis is a contemporary composer with over 2 billion views on his music across social media, reaching millions of listeners worldwide. His compositions Piano Dreams, Queen, and Blue Notes have gained international popularity across Instagram and TikTok.

A Voting Member of the Recording Academy (GRAMMYs), Yanis gained international recognition at the Sochi 2014 Winter Olympics, where his anthem "Mark on the Ice" was performed. His Piano Concerto No. 1 was premiered by acclaimed pianist Ekaterina Mechetina with the State Symphony Orchestra of St. Petersburg under conductor Sergey Stadler.

A laureate of the Boris Yeltsin Presidential Scholarship, Yanis studied orchestral conducting at the Moscow State University of Culture and Arts and participated in masterclasses at the Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatory.
