The 29-year-old Savine from Amsterdam has been writing her own music since the age of 14, inspired by big names such as Adele, Corinne Bailey Rae, Macy Gray, Norah Jones and Amy Winehouse. In her songs, the singer combines Soul, Jazz and Blues with elements of Pop. Her raw voice has soul and provides an original sound. Before she started to play the piano and write her own songs, Savine played the violin for seven years. In 2019, after finishing her Law-studies, Savine moved to London to study for a year at BIMM, majoring in soul, pop and R&B. In London Savine played in all the well-known pubs and clubs and performed on the big music stages. When she moved back to Amsterdam, she released her debut single ‘Never Compare’; which was crowned the very first Top Song of 2021 by Radio 2 and received great support from the national radio stations. Since then, Savine has been working hard. In July 2021 she signed a record deal with music label Cloud 9 Music. Her singles ’25’ and ‘What a life’ were well received by both radio and Spotify. Her single ‘London, Tokyo’ received multiple radio-awards. In 2023, Savine and her band sold out several show on the famous Dutch stages, such as Paradiso. With over 15 million streams on Spotify, airplay on the (inter)national radio and their credible live-performances, Savine and her band are making great strides. Savine currently lives in Ireland, where she works on new music, plays gigs in famous Irish venues and busks on the streets of Galway, the musical capital of Ireland. In June 2025, Savine will release her new single and move back to her hometown Amsterdam.
