The brothers Felix and Lucas Hain, aka FAST BOY, are far more than just DJs and producers. They are conquering main stages and airplay charts around the world—and the hearts of their audience. FAST BOY live for music – because it has accompanied them their entire lives. The brothers grew up in southern Germany, where their father, himself a teacher and musician, provided their early musical education: the rehearsal room in the basement was always open, and a piano stood in the living room. They gave their first performance in elementary school and later played in a band with their father. But after graduating from high school, that chapter initially came to an end.

Felix and Lucas decided to pursue university studies first, moving to different cities but remaining connected through their shared passion. In 2017, they founded a shared apartment in Berlin, started DJing at friends’ house parties, and began writing their own songs in the kitchen of that apartment. As the duo Oh Brother, they gained their first recognition and stage experience, while also beginning to work as songwriters for other artists.

When the world came to a standstill in 2020, Felix and Lucas had to reorient themselves as well: “We didn’t have a cent in our pockets and no idea where things were heading.” So they went back to the basement at home and started from scratch. Their love for good, emotional pop and the brothers’—in the most positive sense—impatience steered their creative flow toward dance-pop. “It was simply fun,” they both agree.

Felix leans slightly more toward production, while Lucas focuses more on vocals—but together they contribute equally to the energetic signature sound of FAST BOY. Indie influences and Berlin club culture meet deep melancholy and pristine pop hooks in their playful compositions—hooks that go straight to the heart, whether through AirPods, on the radio, or on stage. And naturally, the stage is where it’s the most fun.

FAST BOY move effortlessly between high-energy DJ sets and a captivating electronic live act. As a live act, they present exclusive, specially arranged live versions of their own songs, bringing them to the stage with real band energy. Drums, keys, guitars, and live vocals merge into a dynamic performance that combines electronic club energy with the power of a live concert. Their DJ sets are just as compelling: high-energy, powerful, and crowd-driven—perfectly tailored for festival and club floors around the world.

By spring 2026, their track record speaks for itself: as songwriters, they have accumulated over 5 billion streams and have made a name for themselves through collaborations with artists such as Tiësto, David Guetta, Moby, Oliver Heldens, Robin Schulz, and Topic. Their meteoric rise has already taken the brothers to some of Europe’s biggest main stages—from Parookaville, Hurricane, and Southside to Electric Love Festival, Ushuaïa, and Tomorrowland Winter.

Five of their FAST BOY singles have also reached the Top 5 of the German airplay charts: Wave with RAF (#1), Million Good Reasons with Robin Schulz (#2), Where You Are with Nico Santos (#2), Born Again with ClockClock (#3), and Bad Memories with MEDUZA (#4). The latter has now surpassed 635 million streams on Spotify and reached #1 on the airplay charts in seven countries.

Resting on their success? Not an option. “Of course we want people to know our songs. But we also want them to know that the song is by us.” Alongside their knack for irresistible hooks and explosive live performances, the brothers rely on charisma, humility, and an immense work ethic. “We want to share through music what we feel,” they conclude, “and we’re grateful for everyone who joins us on this journey.”
