Pretty great show, aside from the fact no one wanted to mosh until the very last song. I had to restrain myself from yelling “lets fucking mosh!” and just start shoving people. But that’s what I get for trying to go to a show in Kansas. 💩

Sobre Dusty Grant
Dusty Grant is an independent singer/songwriter based out of Wichita, KS. Grant has been writing, recording, and performing original music in bands and as a solo artist for over 20 years. Drawing influences from metal, rock, grunge, and country Grant delivers his own brand of Dark Rock.
Huffington Post described Grant's music brilliantly:
"There's a somber intensity to Grant's voice that comes across as intrepid pertinacity that might be considered ruthlessness. He's examining his life and feelings with ruthless honesty. And, that makes for a powerful, emotionally stirring song."
In 2017, Grant began touring and playing small clubs as a solo acoustic act. In his short time as a solo artist, Grant kept up a brisk pace releasing 11 of his own original songs and playing 40+ shows per year across 7 states. Grant's debut EP "Trapped Here" was released in 2019 and was selected as the #7 Local/Regional release of 2019 by Wichita, KS NPR affiliate 89.1 KMUW. In 2020, Grant released his most popular single "Up From Here" which to-date has amassed over 76,000 streams on Spotify pushing his total streams on Spotify over 152,000. "Up From Here" was also selected as the #1 local/regional single of 2020 by 89.1FM KMUW. Grant released 2 singles in 2021 that both landed in KMUW's Top 10 as well.
As interest in his music and performances grew across the region, in addition to booking additional solo acoustic gigs, Grant started to get interest from promoters to play larger stages with a full-band accompaniment. It was in May of 2021 that Grant added friends and fellow musicians Jason Catlett (Lead Guitar), Bwana Villa (Vocals), and Shane Harper (Drums). With a new, full-on rock sound, the band lit the regional scene ablaze opening for national acts like Daughtry, Jackyl, Candlebox, Danielle Nicole, and Blacktop Mojo.
