Along the way, Courtney has spent time in Rishikesh, India studying yoga and sound, meanwhile founding "The Love Freq," an integrated wellness platform consisting of sound medicine, yoga, and ayurvedic principles, inspired by 528hz, "The Love Frequency." Courtney is empowered by her desire to make music that is intentional and heals both emotionally and energetically.
