Sobre Tiny Hueman

Not every band gets to play their first show live on a major FM radio station like iHeartRadio’s Philadelphia 104.5, but that’s exactly how Tiny Hueman got their start. Tiny Hueman consists of Richie Hollahan, Dustin Miller, Kevin Miller, Vinny Vaccarro, and Richie Taver – all who live either in or outside of Philadelphia. Their debut EP Shallow, produced by Kyle Pulley at The Headroom Studios (Hop Along, Kississippi, The Districts) and mastered by Ryan Schwabe (Hop Along, The Districts, Modern Baseball), boasted emotional anthems such as “Kate”, and received both local and international press. After releasing Shallow, the band played a slew of shows in Philadelphia, and immediately began writing for their sophomore EP Drift.
The band saw instant success with the first single off Drift ,“Hollowhead”, streamed over 96,000 times on Spotify, and featured on several notable playlists such as Alternative Press’s Discover Weekly, Johnny Minardi’s ‘Good Future Club’ playlist, and Spotify’s Official Discover Weekly. “Hollowhead” was also placed into rotation on Idobi Radio, supplemented with an interview on Idobi’s Gone Fishkin. In support of the online success, they went out on the road for several weekend tours, playing dozens of shows in the north eastern region of the US, in cities like Brooklyn, Boston, Philadelphia, and Albany, NY.
Tiny Hueman’s second single “Drift”, the sophomore EP’s title track, was featured in season 3 of VICELAND’s Thrasher King Of The Road series, episode 6, “Hill Bomb In Diapers”, which aired on August 14, 2018.
After a successful 2018, Tiny Hueman plans on writing new material, and taking on bigger and better challenges in 2019.
