My first time visit to this place as a gig venue, which worked very well indeed. A great space that will hopefully be used more to host future such bands/performers. Having seen Bootleg Blondie 6 mths earlier, I was interested to see/hear how Totally Blondie compared; the verdict, very well. The band were accomplished and provided a good and solid backing to the lead, who gave a great performance - both vocally and visually - incorporating several costume changes throughout, to maintain a good visual appeal. A word too about the lighting and sound, which, given the setting of a functioning church, was very good. A good set of classic and not so well known tracks (unless you're a Blondie die hard) provided a great balance of interest, which I prefer, rather than just an 'all hits' offering. That said, if you want a selection of the familiar you'll not be disappointed. Would definitely see again, which I guess is the litmus test.
