I've heard Colebrook once before in the Dewire Center in Eagles Mere PA. Also got their last 2 CD's. The professional quality of both was so much better than in the Barn last night.
The balance of the mics and the reverb problem greatly diminished what could have been great.
Probably what is most needed is sound dampening on the ceiling to mute the metal roof/ceiling.
However, I do know that it could be expensive, and I am grateful for your hosting of these local bands to the best of your ability. The venue is wonderful looking and the grounds are fantastic.
This review is offered in case you are able to improve your already wonderful space.

2020 INTERNATIONAL BLUEGRASS MUSIC ASSOCIATION MOMENTUM BAND AWARD FINALIST
Bridging the divide between straight-drive, traditional grass played by the Del McCoury Band and the Lonesome River Band and the genre-warping progressive grass done by the Punch Brothers and Billy Strings, Colebrook Road strives to find a common middle ground, creating new enthusiasts for bluegrass while expanding the definition of the genre for established fans.
Influences of the members of Colebrook Road abound, from ‘90s country to heavy metal to punk rock to, yes, traditional bluegrass. Each member brings their own experiences to the music to create something greater than what the five individuals could have ever achieved separately.
Guitarist, lead vocalist, and main songwriter Jesse Eisenbise lends his great vocal range and racing guitar picking to each song, while banjoist, dobroist, and bass vocalist Mark Rast hammers out blinding right-hand rhythms blended with just enough left-hand virtuosity. Mandolinist Wade Yankey’s gargantuan rhythm chop and inventive breaks play off of fiddler and baritone vocalist Joe McAnulty’s searing, syncopated fiddle work. Bassist and tenor vocalist Jeff Campbell holds down the bottom end with a notably percussive drive.
The latest album from Colebrook Road, “Hindsight is 2020,” was recorded over two sessions in February and March of 2020 and was (finally) released on October 22, 2021. Featuring 10 original songs, 8 of them never before recorded, Hindsight is 2020 has a sound that will turn any skeptic into a bluegrass fan and will bring a grin to the face of the established diehard.
