Monsters Are Human is a modern metalcore band from Halifax NS, a rugged coastline of Atlantic Canada, seamlessly fusing the intensity of modern metal with the nostalgic sounds of ’80s synth. Inspired by bands such as Bad Omens, Dayseeker, Architects, Parkway Drive, and Wage War, the band crafts a sound that blends heavy guitar riffs, strong melodies, cinematic atmospheres and emotionally driven songwriting.

Beyond the music, we're proud advocates for mental health awareness, with a special focus on breaking the stigma surrounding mental health. Through our sound and message, we aim to provide a voice for those struggling, reminding them that they’re never alone.
