David Poe has released nine albums. His most recent release is entitled Everyone's Got A Camera. He has performed around the world, including as support act for Bob Dylan and Joan Baez. Poe is currently a featured vocalist in the orchestral presentation of David Bowie’s final masterpiece, the Blackstar Symphony.

A composer fellow of the Sundance Institute, songs by David Poe have been featured in numerous film and TV projects including Nashville, Dexter, and Diary Of A Teenage Girl.

His work has been recorded by Grammy winning producers T Bone Burnett, Larry Klein, and Buddy Miller, performed by a diverse array of artists including Curtis Stigers, R’eh, Daryl Hall and Grace Potter, and featured in commercial campaigns for the Malala Fund, Interfaith Sanctuary, and the You Mean The World Foundation.

"Analogue" is Poe's most recent score for dance, a collaboration with choreographer Jill Johnson and London's celebrated dance company Rambert. Other commissioned works for dance include scores for the LA Dance Project at the Museum of Islamic Art in Doha, American Repertory Theater in Boston, Cedar Lake Contemporary Ballet in New York City, and Shadowland by Pilobolus, on tour since 2009 and performed for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

Transplanted from the American Midwest to New York City, David Poe served as the sound engineer at CBGB’s 313 Gallery before signing with Sony Music. He currently lives in Los Angeles.
