Amazing show, Say girl say was the opener and they were so good to start the night off. Elise was incredible and everyone in the audience enjoyed the show and hearing her stories about writing songs and the unreleased songs she played. There are no bad seats in the venue so its perfect for any concert.

Elise is a unique and amazing performer. She is SO young and so remarkably expert at her live looping. She has a lovely voice, and command of each of her instruments. Her song choices are quite varied--I wound up hoping she will some day cover a Karen Carpenter song, as she shares a passion for drumming and a wonderful singing voice and style with Ms. Carpenter. Throughout the performance it was clear to me that is, first and foremost, a DRUMMER! Her other playing, while excellent, seems carefully fitted to the moment, and I didn't see much emotion in it, though technically it was wonderfully done. HOWEVER that is not at all true of her drumming, which is passionate, note perfect, and DRIVING. Don't miss her! Next time she comes around the tickets will be MUCH more costly!

I had a great time. The venue was fairly packed which I did not expect. I was able to get up relaly close to stage and hung around after the show to get a picture with Elise.

Had a blast. Elise Trouw is a killer live act. Great small Venue vibes and got to meet the artist.

It was amazing, very talented artists who opened up for her and her performance was spectacular! Very friendly people with great food and an amazing outdoor venue. I highly recommend anyone to go see her, and anyone in the Dallas/ Fort Worth area definitely go see a concert at lava cantina.
