Otherwise, they are a West Coast Desi garage punk band made up of Sri (vocals), Jayson (guitar), Sumi (drums), Azeem (keys, synth), and their friend Scott (bass). D&E energetically celebrates South Asian diasporic experience by re-imagining Desi film and folk songs as psychedelic, American garage punk, and creating inspired originals from their own hyphenated identities.
