band was great as always! very bittersweet crowd was easily the rudest and most lacking in concert etiquette that i’ve ever experienced. i’ve been to 200+ shows in the past decade. and i’m from AMERICA. y’all say WE’RE rude? you’re supposed to protect the small, short, sick, and female. not stomp on their feet and kick their shins on purpose, beat their faces in with your elbows, intentionally punch and hold your elbows in their backs, ribs and necks, use them as human kickstands to hold your phone up, and try to trample over them when they hit the ground just to get closer to the stage. for the record, i went to the london show last night and i was in almost the exact same spot of the crowd. everybody picked each other up when they fell/got knocked down. they pushed the short people forward so they could see. they lifted the injured out of the crowd. they made small barricades around the women and smaller folks who were getting thrown around by the crowd surges and helped hold them upright. they continuously made sure people were okay if they saw them getting crushed repeatedly and pushed the crowd back to help people breathe. LIKE YOURE SUPPOSED TO. this crowd was every man for himself. petty, pigheaded, egotistical and selfish. not how you represent the band at a hometown show at ALL.

Best concert I’ve ever gone since I was a teen. I’m 27 and I go to a lot of concerts and festivals (included one more concert Sum 41 played at my country years ago), and idk if it’s the melancholy of knowing is the last show I will see mixed with a really good way of designing a goodbye concert. But remember: “And goodbye for now” their lasts words at the end of the concert. Part of my inner child went out extremely happy from the concert Thanks for all these years of music

Sum41: perfect Venue (Palazzetto dello Sport, Roma, IT): great for sports, not so much for concerts. Every seat can see the stage perfectly (I felt close to the stage even though my seat was in one of the farthest rows), the sound system and mix were just right (I was right in front of one of the outfills so that could be a reason why I thought is was so good), but Palazzetto dello Sport is just too echoey for music events. It's a sports arena, not an auditorium. There is little to no acoustic treatment and the shape doesn't help as sound bounces off the curved ceiling and comes back to the audience. Other than that, everything was very well organised, the lighting and sfx were spot on and everyone had an amazing time.

This was my very first concert, and omg was it worth waiting for, first off we had the fab The Bronx as support act, who were great at getting the crowd going, then we were treated to the very awesome Sum41, who surpassed any ideas I had, the crowd got so entertained, i saw my first mosh pit, they sang some of my favourite songs, I'm more heavy metal, so the fact they busted out some amazing new songs from their Heaven x Hell album was fantastic. My partner is a massive fan and ended up tearing up as they sang With Me. Was the best night ever, I'm so upset they're disbanding

Solid show all three bands ripped. Venue is nice, free parking is a plus. Sum 41 played a great mix of new and old and hits and deep cuts. They were right and sounded amazing. Interrupters played the hits and sounded amazing as well. Many eyes ripped, being the opening act their sound was ok they didn't fill the space like the other two bands did, they may not have had the gear for a room that size.

I knew it would probably be a good show, considering it was their last show; and I have no doubt they wanted to go out with a bang. ...They definitely delivered and blew me away. Once again, You Guys Killed It. I'll definitely miss you all; but Thank You, With All My Heart, for all your work. The smiles you've given me, and energy you always delivered, your creativity, and for helping me through so many areas in my lifetime. Deryck is only 5 years older than I am, so... in a way... I'm happy we could grow up together. 🥰 May fortune continue to smile on you all as you continue you're journey.

Myself [Almost 30], My Partner [31] and my mother [Aging like wine!!] All had a f***ing BLAST at this show. We got there a little too late to catch Many Eyes but heard they were incredible, The Interrupters rocked the house as always. Sum 41 was TREMENDOUS, the energy they had on stage was crazy and they never let it die the entire show. Super fun stage and set changes including a massive [inflatable?] Satan that was a mix of campy and just fun. We stayed a little less than 10 minutes after people started filing out and got a secret "final encore" since it was their last night in Portland ;P 11/10 Experience, something I'll never forget.

It was bittersweet as it was my first, and last time seeing them live. Sum 41 means as much to me as Linkin Park, maybe more. I listened to their music a lot to get me through most of the darkest times in my life. Sum came out for a double encore while many of the audience had already left and sang So Long Goodbye to us and I actually cried, which is a fairly big deal for me. They'll never know just how important this show was for me, but it will live on forever in my memory, as will Sum 41. They deserve their rest after 30 years of dedicated great music. Thank you, sum 41, so long, and goodbye. ❤️

Sum 41 delivered a powerful performance at Nos Alive 2024, which felt like a farewell concert. The lead vocalist consistently engaged the audience, ensuring everyone was part of the show. As a passionate punk music fan, I found this concert to be one of the best I have ever attended. Remarkably, even those who aren't typically fans of punk, like my wife—who usually says listening to this punk style gives her a headache —came away with a better understanding and appreciation of Sum 41 (and available to attend future gigs). It's worth noting that fans, including myself, had already sold out Nos Alive to see Pearl Jam before knowing Sum 41 would be performing. This unexpected addition made the experience even more memorable, blending the excitement for both legendary bands.

It was incredible as it was my first sum 41 show after more than 15 years as a fan, however I believe they deserved a more suited stage with other bands on their style or outside of a festival. It was all super fast and with low interaction with the crowd, but taking that 90% of the fans were there for Pearl Jam and that this was the last show on the euro summer tour, I can imagine that they wouldn't be 100% on the mood for that. Anyway, was incredible!

Absolutely amazing gig. Sum 41 played with real genuine intensity and passion. They know their audience and the music they want to here. That said none of it is contrived. They're genuinely true to their roots and themselves and looked like they were loving every momemt of performingon stage. The set list was well thought out especially since they've decided to call it a day. It was filled with a few of their new songs but also so many of their earleir nostalgia enducing tunes that the crowd can sing along with. It was nostalgic but also uplifting in true Sum 41 'f**k it' style. On stage the band didnt looks tired or disgruntled like a group going through the final motions as prepare to call it a day. Life moves on no matter how we feel. Sum 41 will be missed

The show was amazing! the guest bands were pretty cool, definitely brought a lot of energy, but obviously the whole venue shook as soon as SUM 41 took the stage. Very sad this is their farewell tour, but had an amazing time seeing them go out with a bang. First time being at this venue. It was cool, not the biggest, but had plenty of room to mosh on the floor level next to the stage. I wouldn't mind coming here again.

Sum 41 opened perfectly, getting the crowd energized for the night. Simple Plan was the climax of the show, with a great setlist and production. Unfortunately, The Offspring kinda killed the energy. The played good songs but they kept stopping for 5-10 minutes to goof around and ramble. That really took the power out of their most impressive songs. Even though they were headlining their production wasn’t as good as Simple Plan. I went to see Sum 41 mainly and considered Simple Plan to just be a bonus. Glad that Sum 41 was incredible and pleasantly surprised that Simple Plan dominated.

After waiting and waiting for the Sum 41 concert, it finally arrived. The energy that they had with crowd was amazing and watching the pit was awesome. Sum 41’s music helped me through a lot. It got me through some of the worst times of my life. Seeing them perform all of my favourite songs and then screaming my heart out to the one’s that got me through everything was the best feeling ever. Hopefully, I’ll get to do it again someday. Thanks for everything!

This show was awesome! I got to see the entire opening act Set It Off and they absolutely killed it! I went with my Mom and my little brother Jayce and after the opening act, me and Jayce got to get a picture with Set It Off and we got to see all of Simple Plan there as well! It was a shame that Sum 41 couldn’t be there due to one of their band member getting COVID-19 but it was still a fun show and there’s always next time to see Sum 41 live.

The show was okay. I actually think that Simple Plan probably had the best set of the night, even though I specifically went to see Sum 41. One of the biggest complaints I would have is more for the venue, seeing as it was nearly impossible to actually see the show unless you were lucky enough to get a spot right by the stage. I am not short, but I still had to stand on my tiptoes most the time to even see the tops of their heads. The only way I could see the show at all was to hold my phone up and use the camera so that I could watch my phone screen to see the stage.

My girlfriend and I were in the front row and it was amazinf! We got Dave’s and Scone’s picks and felt we were close friends with Sum41! It was our second concert of them, and both of them have been intimate and special experiences with just a bunch of spaces available. So glad this band can be so amazingly friendly and make us happy by coming even in the smallest of places! And last but not least, by experience I can say that they can perfectly play every song in their catalogue even if the entire song list of this concert wasn’t planned as it actually was! You guys are some of the best musicians on stage!

Sum 41 in such an intimate venue was beyond amazing. The only drawback was the Detroit crowd. Most people who want to be in the first few rows of a GA concert arrive early the stay in their positions. Not Detroit. Several (insert expletive here) fans at every big name band, show up only when the headliner starts after drinking half the day away, and try to shove anyone they can bully, out of the way so they can get up front. If this is you, stay home.
