Charlotte was great! Lots of energy (despite being sick!), solid setlist, and all-around fun. The Atlantis is a great venue too.

Sobre Charlotte Sands
Charlotte Sands isn’t afraid to speak or play loud. In November of 2020, Sands leaked a song called "Dress" that she wrote about Harry Styles wearing a dress on the cover of Vogue. Within hours, the song became an anthem of self-expression for thousands (now, millions) of listeners across the globe, leading to its impromptu release just three days later, and soon after, gaining over 5 million streams on Spotify alone.
The electric blue haired singer/songwriter’s musical career didn’t start with the overnight success of a viral song. At 18, she stole her mom's car, found a roommate on Craigslist, and left her home in Hopkinton, MA for Nashville, TN, with a plan to take a year off of school before attending Berklee College of Music. She chose Nashville as her destination after seeing the famed music city on the backs of countless CDs from her singer/songwriter heroes like Bonnie Raitt and Sheryl Crow.
“I love Nashville so much because I grew up listening to Country music, and was a fan of the storytelling. I was heavily influenced by the honesty and vulnerability of being a misfit and growing up feeling like I didn’t belong”, says Sands.
A few years later, she’s still here and has found her voice – unabashedly honest storytelling and lyrical prowess with a strong power vocal and Pop-Rock sensibility.
After dropping 7 singles over the course of a year, Alternative Press named Charlotte Sands one of "11 rising artists who fine-tuned their sound" in 2020. She sold out her first headlining show ever at the famed High Watt. Spotify chose Charlotte for the cover of their year-end playlist, Fresh Finds: Best of Pop 2020. In 2021, she found herself opening for her childhood favorites All Time Low and The Maine, a feature with Cheat Codes, and over 2 Million monthly listeners – her catalog amassing over 30 Million Global Streams.
Sands’ personal mission to “create a safe space for people to feel accepted and celebrated for their weirdness and diversity” is something she takes seriously. And as evident by the overwhelmingly positive comments that flood her social media, her fans take pride in championing her as they recognize how she champions them.
Charlotte’s listeners and the music world at large will be seeing much more of her. With energetic live shows and songs that speak to the misfit in all of us, Charlotte Sands is establishing herself as a female powerhouse for the next generation.
See her on tour with The Maine this Spring, coming to a city near you.
