Teatro Eslava is one of the most iconic clubs in Madrid for live shows. Situated in the city centre, it hosts dozens of shows yearly with a selective programme of established national artists and foreign touring acts.

It opened in 1871 as a theatre. In 1920 renowned poet Federico Garcia Lorca premiered his first work in the venue, which reopened in March 2022 after a deep refurbishment with all the seats removed long ago. It still holds the warm aura of a classic building with all its paintings on the ceiling but with the facilities of a modern venue.

Some performers that played in the venue include Pet Shop Boys, The Hives, Aitana, The Black Angels, Panda Bear + Sonic Boom, Lola Indigo, Toundra and hundreds of others.
