Such a fun show!!! The variety show before intermission was such a sick idea. Shoutout to Sam Davidson. I think homeboy was playing an EWI and bass clarinet and holy heck where do I see this guy again? As for Sam Lynch, she's got such a dreamy and unique voice. Huge fan of her songwriting. She writes with such potency that you can't help but be affected. Really really really loved seeing her and Haley Blais come together. I'm excited for their first record as a duo to come out. I feel very lucky to have seen them in a setting that was so intimate and unrushed. My favourite concerts are the ones where its just the artists, their instruments and their stories and this very much that. Hoping they can make this kinda show an annual thing!

Camel is such an amazing album. Zealot and Another Day are masterpieces. Can't wait to attend the third album release party!

Didn’t know what to expect and got an amazing experience handed to me. Face melted instantly - King Tuff is a wizard on the stage ;) Absolutely rocked it. Transformed the venue and made every person dance. Would give 6 out of 5 stars if I could. 🤘 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Gutted for the fact he had to change to a smaller venue, but the gig was fire and the crowd brought the energy... Hope it doesn't stop him from coming back in the future as is epic love!

It was fun! She had so much energy and the little jokes in between were really funny. And Bells Larson who opened the show had such beautiful voice!

Was an absolutely epic evening with a full tilt performance to an extremely receptive audience. You don’t get a “recital” at Garret’s shows.. you get a sweaty, powerful, full on and incredible Performance every time!

I just love musicians coming up from portland. They are brilliantly talented beautiful human beings that make me believe in humanity.

Show was great. Sound was not so great. Cool venue, but im pretty sure the neighbors don't think so 😄

The venue was the right size for the show. The Smokey Brights, killed it as ever. A combination of newly rely music and some classics.

Hopefully this is five stars! Looks like 4.5. Smokey brights where fantastic! And Neal Francis is a rock star!

The record release event for Chase The Bear's debut album "Honey". They played 11 of the 12 tracks plus 2 songs from their EP. After the show they had a record signing event where I bought the very first copy of their vinyl. Music was great, venue was very big, and the sound was a little off balance. They killed it regardless!

A beautiful performance. It's shocking she doesn't have a bigger audience, but the good thing about this was that it was like having Tivel and her excellent band visit your living room.

I saw this stellar band for the first time in July 2022 at the Vancouver Folk Festival. I was blown away. They are so talented! The songwriting, the vocals, the amazing harmonies, the musicianship - all fantastic. The show at The WISE on Oct 16, 2022 was equally, if not more, incredible. That venue sounds so good! All that wood and a sold out crowd soaking up sound made for a warm, beautiful sound which is absolutely perfect for Joey's amazing voice. There were a lot of us musicians in the room and we were all lifted right up by their humble demeanor, their astoundingly gorgeous harmonies and their playing. That slide guitar!! As as singer myself, I can say that this was a masterclass in how to do it. Fantastic!!
