Simon Wells & Carol Hodge chopbackmusic.bandcamp.com Honestly where do you begin? Simon Wells is the original guitarist and singer of Snuff. He played his Gordon Smith guitar on the now legendary first early releases and toured the world before forming Southport and recording three of the finest punk albums of the last 15 years. In between Simon formed the short lived Your Mum before a long career as a drum and bass and EDM artist. Simon has now released Crime of The Scene along with Carol Hodge (Crass/Steve Ignorant's Slice of Life) on piano and vocals. The album is a haunting, emotive and at times joyful collection of Simon's best work to date with a combination of original songs and reworkings of his back catalogue. We now have Simon and Carol treating us to a live outing in the intimate setting of the Fox and Newt in Leeds.
