Howard Gripp

Howard Gripp is a Wisconsin-based singer-songwriter whose music blends the heart of Americana Rock with messages of faith, redemption, and new beginnings. Drawing from his own life experiences, Howard writes songs that meet people where they are—offering encouragement, hope, and the reminder that no one is beyond God's grace.

His journey into music began at the age of six behind a drum kit and eventually led to years of performing in rock bands throughout the Midwest. Howard even recorded with a Los Angeles record label during his secular music career. But after experiencing a renewed relationship with Christ, he stepped away from that chapter of his life to pursue music with a greater purpose—sharing stories that point people toward healing, restoration, and the God who transforms lives.

Howard's music doesn't shy away from life's struggles. Instead, it embraces them with honesty, reminding listeners that brokenness is never the end of the story. Whether through songs about forgiveness, perseverance, or finding hope after failure, his desire is to create music that connects with people on a deeply personal level.

Recorded in Nashville with producer Billy Smiley, founding member of the legendary Christian rock band WhiteHeart, Howard's upcoming full-length album, Welcome To Your Life, begins its release on July 31, 2026, with the title track serving as the first single. The album explores themes of redemption, identity, grace, and discovering the life God intended all along.

Howard's music has connected with listeners around the world, generating more than 430,000 Spotify streams and earning comments such as, "My eyes and heart were misty," "Very powerful! Your songs could save lives!" and "Your music reminded me I'm not alone."

His growing ministry has also received national recognition. Howard is a finalist in multiple Christian music awards, including the Josie Music Awards, Prayze Factor Awards, and ISSA Awards, while continuing to perform throughout the Midwest at churches, festivals, community events, and outreach concerts.

Whether performing with a full band, an acoustic duo, or solo, Howard's mission remains the same: to create authentic music that speaks to real life and points people toward the hope, grace, and new beginning found in Christ.
