About this concert
The Flagstaff Folk Festival is a two-day event. From 9:30am-6pm, six simultaneous stages feature songwriters and folk performers, over 100 acts in total. My set is on Saturday in the Amphitheater from 1:30-1:55pm. Tickets are $15/day; children 15 and under get in free.

Benjie Messer Biography
A singer and songwriter in Phoenix, Arizona, Benjie offers musical takes on everything from love and food to politics and religion. His songs are quirky, catchy, and touching, often leading to comparisons with Randy Newman, Jonathan Richman, and Andy Samberg. Since 2023, he’s performed as a songwriter at many Phoenix venues, including Crescent Ballroom, the Womack, the Dubliner, the Lost Leaf, Linger Longer Lounge, Time Out Lounge, and MySpace Phx.
