Crooked Coast Biography
Hailing from Cape Cod, Crooked Coast—Luke Vose (vocals, guitar), John McNamara (guitar, vocals), Ben Elder (bass, vocals), and Shaqed Druyan (drums)—fuses reggae rhythms, hip-hop grooves, punk energy, and rock hooks to create a unique sound reflecting both the laid-back summers and gritty winters of their hometown.
With millions of streams and praise from outlets like Dig Boston, their 2022 album Picture This captures this dynamic blend. Standout singles like “Go Slow” and “Rise & Shine” have landed them on festival stages at Boston Calling, Reggae Rise Up, and more, while they continue to produce their own Coast-Fest in Falmouth, MA.
