About this concert
Summertime Swing is The Jive Aces annual event they have organized since 2004. All the profits from tickets have gone to various charities over the years such a the RNLI, Sight Savers, The Not Forgotten Association, Sussex Air Ambulance, the Royal British Legion, the Mayor of East Grinstead's local charities and many others.

Alan Power & The Aftershocks Biography
Formed in November 2022 and hailing from the historic city of Waterford Ireland, Alan Power and the Aftershocks are a high-energy rockabilly 4 piece with a sound that harkens back to the golden era of the 50s. Fronted by Alan Power, whose wild vocals and a frenzied stage presence that have been described as "mystifying" the band delivers a raucous live show that leaves audiences breathless.
Complemented by the thumping upright bass of Cian Dalton, the lightning-fast guitar licks of Jimmy ‘Jim Law’ Shields and the thunderous drums of Liam Ascott, the band have been wowing crowds across Europe and the UK with their infectious blend of rock and roll, gospel, blues, and country. With influences ranging from Elvis Presley to the Platters, the band has carved out their own unique sound that is both classic and fresh.
