Ashes & Arrows

Oh, I so love Ashes & Arrows!! I first saw them at Wild Goose Festival in 2022 and was incredibly excited when I saw they were returning in 2023! In 2022, I spent the whole show dancing just in front of the stage... when the did "Back To Your Body," I wept! In 2023, I was overjoyed that my older daughter was able to be with me at WGF and got to see them. We were in different spots around the tent when they did "Back To Your Body" and she came to find me, weeping! ALL of their songs are wonderful, their show is packed with amazing songs and talent. "Back To Your Body" is at the absolute top of my favorite songs of all time by any artist ever! As a person who has Complex PTSD and the mother of adult children who have also experienced trauma and are in recovery, these lyrics are powerful. My daughter and I waited to speak to them after the show. My daughter shared how meaningful this song was to her and that I had sent it to her the previous year while she was in treatment. They were gracious and kind to her and to me. Amazingly, they even remembered me dancing through their show the previous year! Thank you, Ashes & Arrows! Everyone, take every chance you can to see this band live! And, buy their songs and merch! My daughter and I happily wear our A & A shirts!
